Plush Fashion Hub offers a 30-day return window beginning on the delivery date for eligible merchandise.

To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method following receipt and inspection.

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns, including changes of mind or size preferences.

Certain hygiene-sensitive, personalized, or clearly marked Final Sale merchandise may be excluded from voluntary returns.

Customers may request an order cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, provided processing or shipment has not begun.

Once processing begins, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Eligible merchandise may still be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

This cancellation window does not limit rights concerning unavailable merchandise, shipping delays, or other circumstances where cancellation or refunds are required by law.
